We found Kirin and TLC Events by chance when visiting a venue. From our first talks we felt comfortable and in good hands. We chose the Full Journey option since our wedding was a little while out, plus we were busy and wanted a clear path to the finished product. Kirin was very relatable, honest, and worked with us on things we wanted. She was there every step of the way, going to vendor meetings with us, and towards the end, answering emails full of questions and last-minute details! She even went out of her way with some tasks such as going to buy pieces we wanted for our seating chart and painting them herself. On the morning of the wedding, it started drizzling, and though things didn't turn out exactly how we planned, Kirin and her team reported back with a game plan and made a quick fix. Our guests all complimented us on the great event as a whole, and we couldn't have done it without Kirin and her team!

60 minute sessions every 2-3 months leading up to your wedding to review the planning timeline and details as we travel through your planning journey.

Creation of custom timeline for the wedding day formalities, vendor deliveries, start times, music, and wedding party preparation.

Referrals for vendors and contract review from our TLC Vendor Family list to fit your budget and vision.

Virtual meeting to review and finalize all wedding event details and portfolio documents.

Final walkthrough of the venue to go over setup and layout details

Management and communication with all vendors to verify the details of their services and to give final event portfolio details after details meeting.

Coordinate and run the ceremony rehearsal with your wedding party to review and rehearse ceremony details.
